The assessment is free for only one time, any second assessment will be chargeable as a full consultation.
This is not a general consultation for general eye issues of retina, eye pressure, dry eyes..
This is not a consultation for glasses prescription, if you are looking to get your glasses changed please book a general consultation
Lasik assessment does not apply to patients under 18 or over 59 years of age , or patients over 40 who have difficulty in reading only (please book a general consultation)
Lasik assessment does not apply to patients who have done lasik or any kind of eye surgery before (kindly book a general consultation)
LASIK assessment does not apply to patients who are diagnosed with cataract or who have done cataract or ICL elsewhere
